Risk Register Maintenance - Safeguard software

Workshop explaining how to use Safeguard software to create and maintain corporate and departmental risk registers. Seemed like a good idea as it keeps better audit trail of changes than a spreadsheet does. System itself seemed unrefined.

* focus on checking rooms pre-evacuation (not register post evacuation)
* duty of care to be able to evacuate disabled people (without a lift) ie practically if meeting has disabled attendee it should be on ground floor
